Part 2 of our roundup of the summer transfers in the Premier League takes a look at the teams that finished 6th to tenth last season. You can read part 1 here.
MANCHESTER UNITED

Manchester United went for the big boys, both literally and figuratively. Signing Lukaku from Everton and conning Chelsea into selling them a key piece of their last 2 title winning teams. Their inability to sign Perisic might seem as the only blight to the window but they don’t seem to be missing him.
EVERTON

G.Sigurdsson (Swansea €49.4M), M.Keane (Burnley €28.5M), J. Pickford (Sunderland €28.5M), D. Klaassen (Ajax €27M), N. Vlasic (Hajduk Split €10.8M), H. Onyekuru (KAS Eupen €8M), Sandro (Málaga €6M). Free transfers – W. Rooney (Man Utd), C. Martina (Southampton)

McAleny (Fleetwood Town), L. Rodríguez (Danubio FC). Loans – T. Browning, B. Galloway (Sunderland), M. Pennington (Leeds United), C. Grant (Crewe Alexandra), H. Onyekuru (RSC Anderlecht)
With the sale of their talisman Lukaku imminent, they knew they would have to make some key signings and they did, Sigurdsson for nearly €50m, Pickford and Keane both for just under 30 and a welcome back for former club favorite Wayne Rooney. Not bad business at all.
SOUTHAMPTON
IN:
M. Lemina (Juventus €17M), W. Hoedt (Lazio €16.4M), J. Bednarek (Lech Poznan €6M), J. Rose (West Brom Free transfer)

The arrival of Hoedt looked like it would spell the end of Van Dijk’s tenure at So’ton but they managed to keep hold of him and still sign Mario Lemina from Juventus.
BOURNEMOUTH

N. Aké (Chelsea €22.8 M), A. Begovic (Chelsea €11.50). Free transfers: J. Defoe (Sunderland), C. Mahoney (Blackburn)

H. Cornick (Luton Town Undisclosed), M. Wilson (Sunderland Free transfer). Loans: R. Allsop (Blackpool), M. Gradel (Toulouse), A. Federici (Nottingham Forest), L. Grabban (Sunderland), B. Cargill (Fleetwood).
Despite breaking the club record to bring in Ake who was impressive for them on loan last season, their best piece of transfer window activity might turn out to be the signing of Jermaine Defoe on a free transfer after the forward managed goals for Sunderland las season.
WEST BROM

Former Southampton hitman Rodriguez has been offered the chance to regain his form which previously earned him an England call up. Gareth Barry comes in to replace Fletcher who was allowed to leave for Stoke City for free. They also added winger Burke from BuLi surprise packages RB Leipzig.
